We have established a personal data management system under the supervision of a security officer responsible for handling personal data.
Additionally, we comply with the laws and regulations on personal data protection of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. For personal data provided to us from abroad, we strive to adhere to the data protection and management systems required by the applicable laws and regulations of the respective foreign country.
- Processed Personal Data and Purpose of Use
The personal data we hold will only be processed to the extent necessary to achieve its intended purpose. The purpose of use for each type of personal data (listed in parentheses) is as follows:

– Personal data deletion and secure disposal of electronic devices and media are conducted thoroughly.
(4) Technical Security Management Measures
– Strict access control measures are enforced.
– Mechanisms are implemented to protect against unauthorized access and malware from external sources.

Issues Related to the “Request for Disclosure” Procedure
We accept requests for disclosure, deletion, correction, suspension of use, etc., regarding “personal data subject to disclosure” from individuals.
- Procedure
The procedure for requesting personal data disclosure is as follows:
- The customer requests a “Personal Data Disclosure Request Form” from our Personal Data Protection Consultation Service.
- The customer submits the completed “Personal Data Disclosure Request Form” along with identification documents (applicable to legal representatives and authorized representatives, collectively referred to as “representatives”) via mail, email, or fax to our Personal Data Protection Consultation Service.
- We will notify the applicant of the receipt of the request via email or phone.
- We will provide the requested information through the notification method specified by the applicant.
* We may not respond if the submitted request form or identification documents are incomplete or incorrect.
* The request form and identification documents will only be used for responding to the request.
* No fee will be charged for this request.
* In some cases, we may be unable to respond through the requested notification method. If so, details will be sent via email.
- Identification Documents
Please prepare official documents to verify the identity of the individual or representative. For requests submitted via mail or fax, a copy of the document must be provided. Only valid documents will be accepted.
Sensitive data, such as registered residence details, must be redacted before submission, as we do not collect such information.
- For Individuals
Please provide one of the following:
(1) A copy of the Citizen Identification Card
(2) A copy of the Passport
(3) A copy of the Driver’s License
- For Legal Representatives
Please provide:
(1) A copy of an official document proving the legal representative’s authority
(2) One of the following documents to verify the legal representative’s identity:
