Agile methodology is applied with customers
Techzen develops Agile methods in the Hybrid Scrum model to apply to domestic and international projects. We work with members from Japan to develop projects together. We accompany our customers throughout the process of creating high-quality products that closely match their needs.

Quality Management
The software quality management process plays an important role in ensuring that software is developed and completed according to requirements, meets quality standards, and provides the best user experience. This process includes numerous continuous activities carried out throughout the software project’s lifecycle, from the planning phase to deployment and maintenance. At Techzen, we use the Prokan task management system to track the progress of projects.
Progress Management
Managing project timelines is a crucial part of ensuring the success of software projects at Techzen. Effective timeline management helps ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements. With two project lines running under two different models: Waterfall and Agile, Techzen has appropriate management for each project. Additionally, to manage project timelines, Techzen is also using the Prokan system – a task and timeline management system that is customized and developed by Techzen.

System protection:
Ensure all systems and software are updated and manage system configuration security.
Raise security awareness:
Organize security lessons and exams every quarter and promote security culture within Techzen.
Security management plays an essential role in ensuring the safety of Techzen’s information systems, data and assets. We always focus on ensuring information security for customers through the application of strict security management measures. Security activities take place continuously in Techzen management

Techzen understands and uses Agile methods differently than other companies in the market, so we always focus on training this working method for input resources. This is a very important step in the new employee training process, helping them understand how the company operates and improving work efficiency.
