The professional exchange journey between Techzen and Agility Design has successfully concluded with many remarkable milestones. Throughout the 5-day program, the Techzen team directly participated in a “Simulation Project” a real-world project simulation environment where members not only explored Scrum and Agile theories, but also collaborated to operate, analyze, and solve practical challenges in product development. This experience provided both teams with an opportunity to align their mindsets, strengthen collaboration, and optimize workflows based on international standards.
The program focused on a wide range of essential professional practices, including building an Inception Deck to define project goals and core values, practicing Estimation & Definition of Done to standardize quality commitments, implementing Proof of Concept (PoC), and conducting Retrospectives for continuous improvement. In addition, participants deepened their knowledge of Product Design Fundamentals through key topics such as Persona Definition, User Story Mapping, Product Backlog Management, and effective team building.
One of the proudest milestones of this journey was that Techzen members officially received the “Product Design Fundamentals” completion certificate from Agility Design. This achievement not only recognizes the team’s continuous learning spirit and dedication, but also reaffirms Techzen’s commitment to enhancing professional capabilities, delivering high-quality products, and creating practical value for clients.
