On February 24, 2026, Techzen had the pleasure of hosting representatives from two major partners—Adsol Nissin and Tokyo Gas for an in-person working session at our office.
During the visit, all parties engaged in deep discussions regarding Agile operational processes, using specific case studies from Techzen as a framework. Our presentations on the Smapi and Techkan projects, along with our integration of AI in project deployment, were highly regarded and received positive feedback from our partners.
More importantly, the session went beyond showcasing strengths; it provided an open forum to frankly discuss existing challenges in coordination between Japan and Vietnam. Through this dialogue, Techzen and our partners reached a consensus on key areas for improvement to optimize workflows and enhance service quality. We firmly believe that mutual understanding and continuous improvement are the keys to creating sustainable value for our customers.
