On May 8th, 2025, Techzen Academy successfully hosted an internal training course on Horenso—one of the most essential communication principles in Japanese corporate culture—specifically designed for Techzen’s management-level employees.
Through the course, participants not only gained deeper insights into the three core components of Horenso: Houkoku (Reporting), Renraku (Informing), and Soudan (Consulting), but also had the chance to practice handling real-life workplace scenarios to enhance communication and coordination skills.
“It seemed simple at first, but it’s not easy at all—thanks to this course, I now understand why Horenso is considered the foundation of trust and effective teamwork,” shared a Techzen participant.
