On the morning of August 22, Techzen had an exchange of opinions with a delegation from Passerelles Numériques Vietnam (PNV) to evaluate Nguyen Thi Ut Vien’s internship situation as a PNV student.
During the meeting, Techzen recognized the hardworking spirit and teamwork skills of PNV students, especially Ut Vien. She was capable of understanding the problem relatively well, and always listened to her team members, although it was a challenge for her to get used to Techzen’s Agile project management methodology, she worked hard and was capable of following the team and completing her tasks excellently.
Along with the evaluation of the PNV students’ internships at Techzen, Lu Van Nhut, Project Manager, and other leaders shared with the visitors from PNV their insights on the goals and plans for the internship exchange program, clearly indicating our desire to provide a professional work environment and support PNV students in applying what they learn in the workplace as well.
In the meeting, Techzen and PNV were not only able to better understand each other but also establish a connection between the school and the employer. And we hope that it will be the foundation for a long-term cooperative relationship between both parties.
