On May 31, Mr. Le Duy Linh, Director of Techzen, participated as a speaker in the workshop “Improving Legal Regulations on the Legal Responsibilities of Entities Related to Artificial Intelligence” held in Da Nang.
The workshop also featured representatives from the Ministry of Justice, Dong A University, the Software Development Center (SDC), and the Da Nang City Police. The delegates engaged in lively discussions on related topics and addressed the Ministry of Justice’s inquiries.
In his presentation, Mr. Le Duy Linh emphasized the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of information technology and its societal impacts. He also highlighted the challenges and opportunities AI presents for intellectual property rights, including issues of patent protection, copyright, and information security.
The ensuing discussion helped the Ministry of Justice gain a clearer understanding of the legal aspects of artificial intelligence and intellectual property in the era of Industry 4.0.
The workshop was not only an opportunity to exchange knowledge but also served as a foundation to promote collaboration between agencies and organizations in researching and implementing legal solutions related to artificial intelligence.
