On July 1, 2025, Techzen Academy successfully launched a two-day Design Thinking course. The course was directly conducted by Mr. Lê Duy Linh – Director of Techzen – who brings years of experience in applying Design Thinking to product development and problem-solving in real-world business settings.

A standout feature of this course was that it was delivered entirely in Japanese. This not only helped participants deepen their professional knowledge but also enhanced their technical language skills — a crucial asset in multicultural work environments. In addition to theoretical sessions, participants engaged in hands-on practice at Techzen Academy, fully experiencing the Design Thinking process alongside Agile-Scrum methodology.

With a strong focus on interaction and continuous practice, the course encouraged learners to think creatively, collaborate in teams, and propose practical solutions.

At the end of the program, Mr. Lê Duy Linh personally presented completion certificates to each participant, recognizing their dedication and commitment to personal development.
