On November 3rd, 2025, the “A Day as a Real Dev” program welcomed over 60 university students to Techzen, offering them a firsthand look at what it’s like to work as a developer inside Techzen.
In just three hours, students gained a practical and comprehensive understanding of a developer’s daily workflow — from team collaboration and Agile–Scrum project operations to reporting and demoing real products just like in an actual business environment.
Through these activities, a fresh perspective on the programming career was opened: students learned exactly what competencies, skills, and professional mindset modern tech companies expect from a developer.

After the program, many students proactively registered for courses at Techzen Academy to continue their upskilling journey in a hands-on, industry-based training environment — preparing themselves to become future Fullstack Developers.
