Techzen continues to organize regular sharing sessions between the Leadership Team and employees, creating an open space for everyone to stay updated on the latest organizational changes, ongoing improvements and initiatives, as well as Techzen’s development direction for the coming period.
During these sessions, the Leadership Team shares the company’s key goals, priorities, and upcoming plans, helping employees gain a clearer understanding of what Techzen is working toward. At the same time, employees have the opportunity to raise questions, share their perspectives, discuss challenges they encounter in their work, and propose ideas for improvement. Through open and constructive discussions, both sides can work together to identify practical solutions and suitable directions.
More importantly, these sessions are not simply about providing updates or communicating company directions. They are an opportunity for the Leadership Team and employees to better understand one another, align on common goals, and actively contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the organization.
